Reservations and payment

A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation number. Customers must provide accurate pickup, contact, passenger and luggage information.

Vehicle categories

Vehicle photographs and model names represent the requested category. Due to availability, an equivalent or higher-class vehicle may be provided.

Changes and extra services

Additional stops, extended waiting, schedule changes, parking, cleaning, tolls or services not included in the original booking may result in additional charges.

Passenger conduct

Smoking, illegal activity, unsafe conduct and damage to the vehicle are prohibited. The customer is responsible for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by their party.

Delays

YGT Executive Limo is not responsible for delays caused by severe traffic, road closures, weather, law enforcement, mechanical emergencies or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
