Cancellation Policy

This draft policy should be reviewed before the website accepts live payments.

Sedans and SUVs

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.

Sprinters and specialty vehicles

Sprinter, group and specialty-vehicle reservations may require longer notice and may be non-refundable after confirmation because vehicles are reserved through a limited affiliate network.

Flight delays

Flight delays are not treated as cancellations when a valid flight number is provided. Pickup timing may be adjusted according to the actual arrival.

No-shows

A no-show occurs when the passenger cannot be located or contacted after the applicable waiting period. No-shows may be charged in full.
